What is THAT on my penis?!

Men don't like to go to doctors in general.  But there is one thing that will get a man into a doctors office in 2 seconds: a penile lesion.   When a man sees something on his penis he has not seen before, he freaks out.  Some of the common things I see are:

Pearly papules

Genital warts

Molluscum

Herpes vesicles

Bowenoid papulosis

Benign penile skin nodules

Penile vascular disorders, such as Mondors disease

Most times diagnosis is a clinical one.  I can tell by looking at it.
