TRT Protocol

Testosterone replacement therapy is safe so long as it is done properly. in my facility men on TRT have prior to initiating therapy:
1: prostate exams
2: Testosterone profiles.
3: PSA testing

Once on the therapy, men can expect quarterly:
1: PSA testing
2:Testosterone and Estradiol level testing

Twice per year, men can will also have:
1:Repeat prostate physical examines
2: Blood counts
3: Lipid profiles.

Sometimes this routine vary a bit for individualized reasons but in general this is my protocol. Safe, effective, efficient.
